Central Activity Center has many events & activities designed for adults & seniors ages 50+. Membership fee is $10 with a renewal date of October 1st each year. There are also a number of community events held at the Central Activity Center for people of all ages. Check out the "Events" tab, the "City Calendar", or "Cultural Arts" tabs for some of the exciting things going on.

Central Activity Center Red Hat Society
The Red Hat Society has become the international society dedicated to reshaping the way women are viewed in today's culture. RHS supports and encourages women to pursue fun, friendship, freedom, fulfillment of lifelong dreams and fitness. Women over age 50 are known as "Red Hatters."
Red Hat Society meets the third Thursday of each month.

CAC Art Studio
Acrylic Painting with Tom Corley
This class will cover fundamentals of drawing and painting with acrylic paint. Each month we start from the very beginning and review basic drawing, color, composition, and the form principle. Each student will work at their own level and pace. Finished project examples are displayed while the instructor demonstrates each step of the process.
Classes are the first 3 Tuesdays of each month; the first class from 8am-12 and the following 2 classes from 9am-12. Cost is $40 and includes canvas, paints, and instruction. Call 334-298-7480 for info.
